 Goals
The purpose of establishment of the company is investment and development of ICT commerce. Considering this goal, the object of company includes:

- To perform all financial, economic, business affairs and to invest in ICT section.
- To import, export and manufacture ICT equipment.
- To establish and develop telecommunication- computer networks as operator and to provide the relevant services.
- To support from those who are active in the fields of training, consultation, engineering and supervising services in all research, technical, managerial, financial and credit fields related to ICT section.
- To support from all scientific, research and executive plans in the field of ICT commerce through scientific, research methods in marketing and development of domestic and foreign markets.
- To invest in designing, engineering, installation, start up, renovation, repair and maintenance services of various kinds of systems and to activity and invest in importation and exportation of product, services and technology in ICT industries.
- To partnership with domestic and foreign companies and to establish branches or company inside or outside the company, to purchase and sell the shares of relevant companies at any amount and level approved by the general assembly.
- To obtain and grant domestic and foreign agencies.
- To perform any domestic and foreign authorized activities related to the object of the company, either it would be available at present or established in ICT industries inside or outside the country.
- To purchase and sell movable and immovable properties, and to invest in companies’ shares.
- To receive loan and credit from domestic and foreign resources, to grant loan and credit to the said resources.
Note: The company shall be entitled to take action regarding acceptance of real and legal entities, including Iranian or foreign, for their partnership in ICT industries and in the form of investment or technology transfer upon suggestion of board of directors and approval of general assembly.
